David Jackson Sr. serves as President and Interim Treasurer of the Board of Directors for HFM Foundation, where he brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and maintenance industry to the table. As Chief Engineer at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, David oversees facility operations with precision, problem-solving expertise, and a commitment to excellence. At HFM, David’s leadership extends beyond oversight—he’s actively involved in community outreach, logistics, and strategic planning. While the foundation searches for a permanent treasurer, David also manages financial responsibilities with the same integrity and attention to detail that define his professional career. His hands-on approach, servant’s heart, and practical wisdom make him an essential force behind HFM’s mission and growth.

​Michael Walker Secretary, HFM Foundation is a dedicated advocate, problem-solver, and financial professional serving as Secretary of HFM Foundation. With a background in Criminal Justice and experience at North Carolina’s State Employees’ Credit Union, he thrives in roles that challenge him to grow and make a meaningful impact. Passionate about mentorship, leadership, and advocacy, Michael is committed to uplifting his community. Fun fact: he’s also a poet and recording artist!

Christina Jackson is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of HFM Foundation—a powerhouse leader, seasoned entrepreneur, and advocate for community transformation. With over 25 years in the financial industry and currently serving as an Assistant Branch Manager, she brings wisdom, grit, and grace to every room she steps into.

She’s the founder of Financial Forever Consulting and CJ’s Mobile Notary Services, and an up-and-coming 2025 graduate with a Master’s in Executive Leadership—because leveling up is a lifestyle. A proud wife, mother, and grandmother, Christina leads with faith, legacy, and unapologetic drive. She’s not just building programs—she’s building futures.

Monique Rivera serves as Program Director for HFM Foundation, bringing a blend of leadership, precision, and purpose to every project. With a background in healthcare insurance claims and teaching, she combines analytical thinking with strong communication and relationship-building skills to support the foundation’s mission.

Monique is passionate about creating impactful programs that connect with the community and foster real change. In her free time, she enjoys playing basketball—a sport that’s sharpened her teamwork, focus, and perseverance both on and off the court.

Kaliyah Jackson is the Communications & Marketing Director for HFM Foundation, where she combines strategic thinking with creative flair to amplify the organization’s message and mission. With a degree in Communication Studies (Public Relations) from UNC Charlotte, she launched her career with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Charlotte, managing press releases, social media, donor communications, and events.

Since then, Kaliyah has worked with over 10 businesses, helping develop brands that resonate and engage. She’s passionate about connecting people to purpose through storytelling, design, and thoughtful outreach.

Fun fact: Kaliyah once had free-roaming, potty-trained house rabbits—yes, it’s just as wild as it sounds.

DeAnner Campbell is an Advisory Board Member at HFM Foundation, bringing a powerful mix of strategic thinking, business acumen, and community-centered leadership. With a strong background in customer service, entrepreneurship, and business development, DeAnner offers valuable guidance on program development, fundraising strategy, and expanding the organization’s network and impact.

Their commitment to innovation and empowerment fuels both their professional journey and their role at HFM—where they serve as a connector, advisor, and advocate for sustainable growth.
